The Ballet Fitness Class is free and open to the MCC College Community, sponsored by Intramural Programs. True Ballet beginners, those returning to Ballet and those currently studying Ballet Technique (both men and women) are all welcome to attend! Check out the attached flyer!
Classes start on September 20th and will be held in the Brighton Campus Dance Studio Building 10, Room 143. Classes will take place on Fridays from 5-6pm during the Fall 2013 Semester through 12/13/13 (excluding Thanksgiving Break, 11/29/13).
No prior dance experience or registration is necessary. Just attend class if you are interested! Dance or exercise apparel and ballet shoes or bare feet are recommended.
Ballet is one of the most beneficial forms of physical activity that strengthens essential muscles used in everyday life for both men and women. Hope to see you in class!
