On Tuesday, October 15th there will be a demonstration on Brighton Campus of how fresh, crisp, apples (supplied by Heberle Fruit Farm in Fairport, NY) are pressed into refreshing apple cider. The demonstration will be conducted by the Wagner Family of Wagner Farms from 11:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., on the lawn outside the Gilman Lounge (adjacent to Building 19). The cider will be served by students of MCC’s Hospitality Department.
Come and sample some fresh apple cider, learn firsthand how cider is made, and how different types of apples work together to produce the best product.
