FOOD RESOURCES
Due to the recent government shutdown, there has been a gap between the
issuance of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) funds. Many of
our students rely on SNAP benefits, as they include it in their budgets.
Emergency food distribution taking place at Ryan R Center, 530 Webster Ave,
14609 on Friday, February, 22nd from 4 pm - 6 pm

Doing What Is Good and Healthy Together, (D.W.I.G.H.T) is a campus-based
food pantry initiative created to support those struggling with food
insecurity. DWIGHT serves as a resource for the MCC community.
DWIGHT is available to all students, faculty, and staff. Brighton Campus:
3-125, (585) 292-2536 Downtown Campus: Rm 220, (585) 685-6112 Residence Hall
Food Pantry is a food pantry available to all resident students located in
Canal Hall. Contact the West Canal Housing and Residence Life office at (585)
292-3674 for additional information.
COVE is a resource for our student population to connect them with volunteer
opportunities in our community. The opportunities are widespread and varied.
