Course Objectives: Upon successful completion of English 250, you will be able to do the following: Practice the principles of professional communication throughout the assignments in this course Analyze and understand the importance of an audience Write precise, clear, concise and virtually error-free business communications Read, analyze and evaluate professional communication Demonstrate research skills Demonstrate computer literacy Speak effectively to a group
I assign points to each project and then its up to you to earn and keep track of your points. If you want to translate into a letter grade use the chart below. Three assignments worth 5 pts. or over may be rewritten for a better grade. Late assignments may not be rewritten.
