COM 135 - DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY (A.K.A, The Dry Darkroom)

I have set up what I feel is an excellent course in digital photography. I stress the importance that students understand that this course is about photography and all the elements that a great photography course would include.

With the Macintosh computer aided with digital cameras and Adobe Photoshop as a digital interface, this course is a photography course taught in a dry darkroom (the digital age). The importance of taking a good photograph and producing a good print is all the same processes. We have recently upgraded our camera with 11 new KodakDC4800 and four new Kodak DX 4900 (3.1 mega pixels) digital cameras. This has radically advanced this course allowing us to take better higher quality photographs.
