Congratulations to MCC Hospitality Lecturer Angela Douglas

Congratulation to Angela Douglas on earning her Master's Degree in Health and Wellness Education from the American College of Education. Angela has served as a Lecturer and Chef in the Hospitality Department for 4 years.

Prior to coming to Monroe Community College, Chef Douglas was a Culinary Instructor in Chicago, Illinois for 6 years. She also spent 6 years working professionally in the culinary industry which includes time spent in Norway, Northern Ireland, and France.
