COVID-19 Case Update, Testing Session This Afternoon Only

Due to Spring Recess, there will be one testing session 12:30-5:30 p.m. today, April 18 in the Flynn Campus Center Forum (3-130). Please note the earlier closing time; no appointment necessary. On-campus testing will not be offered tomorrow, April 19.

Monitoring your health before coming to campus and testing are key factors to our ability to stop the spread of the virus and its variants on campus. According to a recent statement from Monroe County officials, “While the vast majority of individuals currently infected with COVID are not experiencing severe illness, the BA-2 variant is proving to be dangerous to some. Anyone at higher risk of severe complications from the virus should maintain physical distancing as much as possible and wear a high quality N95 or KN95 mask when in indoor, public settings. Anyone who is eligible for a COVID vaccination or booster shot should get one as soon as possible.”
