Learn more about the Middle Skills Bridge Program

Do your students need help to get through their math courses so that they can be at the level you need for your major? The Middle Skills Bridge Program is designed to help prepare students to retake the Accuplacer exam, raise their score, and increase their overall math skills.

This individually paced, 8-week, accelerated and personalized college preparedness program, has what students need to increase their math skills including: general test-taking skills, instruction in arithmetic, and algebra. This is a FREE program for students enrolled at MCC. To qualify, students must have a high school diploma or equivalent, attend all MCC zoom classes as scheduled, and plan to attend Monroe Community College in Fall 2020.

The Middle Skills Bridge Program will provide one 8-week, online class from June 22, 2020 - August 14, 2020. If students are interested in this free program, they are asked to please complete the attached fillable intake form and submit it to Shameka Martinez (smartinez016@monroecc.edu) by June 15th.

If you have any questions contact Shameka Martinez, smartinez016@monroecc.edu. Once the application is received, students will be contacted regarding next steps.
