Employee Code of Conduct

Monroe Community College seeks to provide and sustain an environment of mutual respect, academic freedom, scholarly pursuits and commitment to students and community. As such, the College has an employee code of conduct that identifies basic policy and standards concerning ethical conduct. All employees are encouraged to be familiar with the code and their responsibilities under it.
