Day One with Gerry Brinkman


Gerry Brinkman, relatively new to our Hospitality Management Program, is featured during day one of "A Culinary Tour Across New York State" in the Thousand Islands-Seaway region.

"Gerry and Diane Brinkman, owners of the acclaimed Rochester Club restaurant, present dinner in the dining room or on the lower porch overlooking the river" in the Wellesley Hotel located over the Thousand Islands Bridge in a private resort community built in 1903. "Chef Gerry's world class cuisine reflects an honest interpretation of the classics using local farm products and the freshest ingredients available."
