New Online CSEA Performance Appraisal Process

The CSEA Performance Appraisal form has been converted to an online document. Please use the NEW online form when completing evaluations for your support staff. Supervisors should continue to meet with employees to discuss the evaluation however, the supervisor will complete all information using the online form and the employee will also sign and enter their comments online. This is the form that will be accepted moving forward.

The form can be found in the Online Forms and Documents section of myMCC.

  • Scroll to Human Resources and expand it.
  • Scroll to CSEA Performance Appraisal and open it.
  • On the page, is the link to the online form.
