On Friday May 1st, Christine Forde, Elaine Lyons, Wendy Strassner, Taine Vinci, Nicholas Wolcott and Dale Pearce volunteered their time and talent for Habitat for Humanity’s Leaders Build Academia Day!
Since 1999, Flower City Habitat’s Leaders Build events have enabled Rochester’s business leaders to come together for a day to build homes and revitalize neighborhoods. In 2015, Habitat expanded the event by creating Leaders Build Fridays throughout the year that offer the same experience for groups of Rochester’s leaders. On Friday May 1, 2015 the jobsite was filled with local higher ed. faculty and administrators who made a tangible difference in Rochester.
