With the holidays around the corner, this is the time to enroll for Direct Deposit.

It is just a click away to enroll:

  • Click on Direct Deposit Authorization Form (see attached file below)

(In addition, please attach a voided check or letter from your bank to this form)

  • Submit to Human Resources or Payroll Department
  • Questions contact Human Resources ext. 2048 & Payroll ext. 2162

Here are some reasons why:

It saves time and hassles. Employees who use direct deposit are never forced to spend their lunch hours standing in bank lines to make sure their paychecks get into their accounts.

On vacation or out sick? No worries you still get paid and can still access the funds.

It can increase security. The chances of having paychecks lost or stolen are virtually eliminated.

How do you know you got paid? Each employee with receive an email that they can view, print and save. Of course, employees can also call their banks and receive verification over the phone.

Employees may be able to view not just the current pay stub, but an online pay history. In some cases, they can even view and print copies of their last W-2 forms.

To access your past or present pay stubs, go to Employee Essentials and look under Employment details for the option Pay Stubs.
