Appointment Scheduling Survey

Just when you thought you have completed the last of the surveys from MCC this spring semester, we bring you one more! Please, try to contain your excitement to complete this new survey as we briefly explain just what this one is all about!

One of this year’s goals for the Communication and Process Student Success Committee (CPSSC) is to assess student appointment systems on campus.  Specifically, they want to identify how students make appointments with faculty and staff and then collect user feedback on those processes.

As many are already aware, the Appointment Scheduler Workgroup was formed to move this goal forward. In order to best collect this information, the workgroup is launching a survey for MCC employees and another for students.

If students meet with you for any reason, and/or if you help students to schedule appointments to meet with others, we are asking for you to complete the survey in the link below.  Your honest, comprehensive, feedback on this very SHORT survey will help provide a greater picture of how our students schedule to meet with our faculty and staff both on campus and virtually.

Please follow this link to complete the survey: https://monroe.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6swESxWdVBk7qTA

Thank you for your time, we are looking forward to compiling this information for the CPSSC and will provide an update on the results of the survey in an upcoming TRIBUNE announcement later this semester!
