In-Person Support for Downtown Campus Students

Faculty and Staff:

Need help connecting students with their professors, faculty advisors, or department chairs? Don’t know where to send students searching for support with library services, tutoring or technology?

Our staff at the Service Desk in the Anne Kress Learning Commons (Downtown Campus, 4th floor, Room 440) can help get students in touch with the Academic Services personnel and resources they need to be successful. Please spread the word!

The Service Desk can also provide faculty and staff with a weekly schedule for academic administrators’ office hours at the Downtown Campus.

Service Hours:

Monday – Thursday:      8:45 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.

Friday:                            8:45 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
