We welcome you to participate in the 11th annual MCC's Travel Club Silent Auction. We have over 35 items to auction off, including gift certificates to restaurants, 9 hotel overnights, a massage, 18 holes of golf, oil changes, Lancers tickets, movie passes, professional photographs, a Sephora gift basket, a Shade Tree gift basket, and much, much, more.
This week, Wednesday and Thursday, December 11th and 12th, the items and bid sheets will be on display in the Brick Lounge by Javas, from 11am - 2pm for people to bid in person. Please take the time to stop by to look at the wonderful items and place a bid. We have some awesome things that you will surely be interested in. On Friday, December 13th from 12-2pm, we will have the bid-off of all the items.
If you are unavailable for the bid-off, feel free to e-mail me or drop off the attached proxy bid sheet at the table or at my office 3-161 by Thursday afternoon. Don't forget to list your name and phone number on the top of the form. I will then assign a person to bid for you on Friday, the day of the bid-off.
Do you see something on the list that you REALLY WANT??? Submit a bid of 90% (or more) of the value of the item and it is yours AUTOMATICALLY!!! The holidays are right around the corner!! Let us help you with your holiday shopping!!! Come and enjoy the auction and get great stuff at great prices!!!
