Technology Support ticketing offline on Friday June 5th
Remember that the technology support ticketing system will be offline for a necessary upgrade on Friday. Please direct tech support requests to helpdesk@monroecc.edu after 4:45pm on Thursday to ensure that we receive your request.
You may also leave a voicemail at 292-TECH (8324) option 3 for Employees, and then option 3 again to leave a message. Please be sure to leave a personal phone number that you can be reached at if leaving a voicemail.
A third option is to hold off and place your non-urgent requests through iSupport on Monday June 8th.
