MCC Grad, Hospitality Faculty Featured in National Trade Magazine

The January 2018 issue of The National Culinary Review spotlights an MCC alumna and three Hospitality faculty members for an article on how a management credential can take culinary careers to new heights.

Read inspiring stories of Melissa Ventura, an MCC graduate now working as a Wegmans bakery manager; Hospitality Chair Rebecca Griffin; Associate Professor Drew Lawrence; and Assistant Professor Evelyn Lannak--all possessing rich, diverse professional backgrounds. In the article, they talked about the skills students want and need to succeed in the hospitality industry and the different programs and courses MCC offers.
