For Faculty: New Accommodated Test Submission Process

Since we have returned to campus, there have been some changes to the accommodated testing process. 

 Testing Services uses a web-based program called Registerblast to manage testing appointments.

 If you have students with testing accommodations, please reach out to me - SPantaleo2@monroecc.edu - to set up your Registerblast account.

There is a "Professor" module embedded in this service. The Professor module allows faculty to create an account within Registerblast. From that account, you can upload any documents that are necessary for Testing Services to proctor a particular test. There is also space for you to include all of the information that is currently on the envelopes. In addition, Professors are able to schedule tests for their students through this module. This is especially helpful when it is important that the student take the test at the same time as his or her classmates.

The new process:

1. Faculty log in to Registerblast and upload the exam materials and instructions (preferably at least 24 business hours before the testing appointment).

2. Testing Services staff reviews the materials, stores them securely, and provides them to the student at the time of the testing appointment.

3. Testing Services staff returns the testing materials either by email or by uploading the scanned, completed test to your Registerblast account.  When faculty have confirmed receipt, any testing materials will be shredded.
