COVID-19 Case Update, Testing Session This Afternoon

Located in the Flynn Campus Center Forum (3-130), MCC’s Testing Center will be open 12:30 to 5:30 p.m. today, May 31. No appointment is necessary. MCC uses COVID-19 antigen rapid tests—a simple and more comfortable nasal test.

MCC COVID-19 testing sessions will continue on Tuesdays during the summer session. (See related MCC Daily Tribune article.) The testing schedule is available on the website.

Last Week’s Testing Results:

  • 1 positive case was identified among students, faculty and staff who participated in MCC-administered testing during the week of May 23.
  • 1 student is isolating off campus.
  • No students are isolating on campus.
  • No students are in quarantine and precautionary quarantine.

    • Employees: 1.11%
    • Overall average on-campus positivity rate since onset of pooled testing: 0.32%
