MCC Admissions Counselors Present at SUNYCAP Conference

Becky Babcock and Meryll Pentz, admissions counselors, presented, “How Territory Management Can Be Implemented at a Community College" at State University of New York College Admissions Professionals Conference held on Thursday June 18th in Niagara Falls.  The presentation highlighted what Admissions has done over the past few years to transition into a territory-based recruitment plan.

Meryll Pentz participated on a panel presentation, “Maximize Student Recruitment with CRM Technology: Getting the Most Out of Your CRM System.”

This workshop was focused on maximizing student recruitment through the strategic use of constituent relationship management (CRM) technology. The workshop highlighted how MCC has implemented strategies for utilizing a segmented, multi-channel approach in reaching today's prospective student.

Kudos to Meryll who was presented with a SUNYCAP Achievement Award “for excellence & innovation in recruitment of special applicant groups that promotes the importance of enrollment & retention” for her work with International students.
