Admissions will be implementing a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management software) SLATE.  SLATE is the SUNY preferred partner.  Admissions will benefit from working within a support network comprised of other SUNY institutions.

Additionally, we have two HERFF Specialists who will be located at the Downtown Campus. The Specialists will focus on supporting students that have stopped out due to impact of the pandemic.

Tom Gerwitz, Admissions Specialist

Julie Arnold, Advising Specialist

Meryll Pentz, Admissions Counselor, has taken on a one year temporary appointment* as a Scholarship Coordinator in the Financial Aid Office.  Meryll work will focus on awarding new student scholarships at time of Admissions, as well as automate current student’s scholarship renewal.  We will also be transitioning internal student grant awarding to Financial Aid, such as Dreamkeepers.  The goal is for Financial Aid to serve as a one stop service for awarding federal and state aid, scholarships, and internal grants.  Meryll will continue to assist with international student application processing.  Meryll is located in the Financial Aid Office at the Brighton Campus.

Admissions would also like to thank the following individuals who assisted with recruitment and application review, during the spring semester:

Lori Bartkovich, Mike Bates, Josh Colon, Sally Dingee, Jordan Rapp, Denee Martin, Ivan Matthews, Nick Wockasen, Anne Kirkpatrick, Ray Otto, Jessica Saltzberg, and Margaret Kaminsky Sarah Hagreen and Lyndsey Presutti

Your support of the Admissions team is appreciated.  We look forward to a busy summer and welcoming students for fall 2022.
