Announcing: Summer Hours in the Tutoring and Academic Assistance Center (TAAC)
Please see the Tutoring and Academic Assistance Center (TAAC) Summer 2022 Schedule. The TAAC provides free tutoring to all students. Students work intensively with writing consultants, academic coaches, and content tutors on course work and academic skills. The goal of the TAAC is to assist students in becoming more independent learners. During the summer 2022 semester, the TAAC will offer in-person tutoring at Brighton and host virtual sessions. We will be targeting courses scheduled at the Downtown campus with embedded support. We have increased the capacity for drop-ins, but we do encourage scheduling appointments. Students can schedule appointments by logging into their TutorTrac through their myMCC profile or at https://monroecc.go-redrock.com.
We will continuously assess Center usage throughout the course of the summer and make adjustments to meet student need.
