John Perrone, the Director of the Homeland Security Management Institute was a featured speaker at the PMI Professional Development Day at the RIT Conference Center on May 15, 2014.
The Conference provides attendees with a unique opportunity to acquire new and leading edge information regarding the latest developments in project management theory, application and tools.
John’s presentation was on Leadership and Teamwork when dealing with multiple challenges in an austere environment. The conference was attended by over 400 Project Managers from locations throughout western New York.
