Admissions Peer Ambassador & Orientation Peer Mentor Fall Community Service Activities

On December 2nd , 9th, and 16th from 4-6 p.m. the Admissions Peers Ambassadors and the Orientation Peer Mentors will be ringing the bell for Salvation Army at Marketplace Mall. Salvation Army bell ringers are an icon of the holiday season.  We hope that if you are out and about this holiday season, and see our MCC students ringing the bell,  please stop and say hello.

Earlier this fall,  the Admissions Peer Ambassadors and Orientation Peer Mentors teamed up with Flower City Habitat for Humanity to work on a rehab house on Saturday, September 26th, 2015. The one-day project focused on cleaning out and restoring a vacant house in the city of Rochester. The project and experience was incredible rewarding and humbling to our students and staff. We are very proud of our students' hard work and resilience as they completed the assigned task.  Admissions counselors Christie Smith and Becky Babcock participated in the day-long activity with our students.
