On Saturday, May 31, two teams from the Women's United Soccer Association (WUSA) professional league, will play an exhibition game at 1:00 P.M. on MCC's Brighton Campus. The New York Power and the Washington Freedom teams will compete in what promises to be an exciting game. Both teams feature high profile players like Mia Hamm, Tiffany Millbret, and Rochester's own Casey Zimney and Abby Wambach.
Tickets are being sold on Friday, May 2nd from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. on the second floor of Building 1, Brighton Campus. The cost is $19 per ticket. Partial proceeds for this event will go to support the MCC soccer program.
