MCC soccer player Anthony Taranto and volleyball player Cara Calcagno have been named the MCC Athletes of the Week.
Taranto, a freshman midfielder, had a goal in a win against Owens CC and added a goal and an assist in a victory over the Medaille JVs. For the year he has six goals and four assists.
Calcagno helped the Tribunes reach the championship game of the Corning CC tournament over the weekend. Her totals for last week included 157 assists, 21 digs, 11 aces, and 11 kills.
