This Week's Wellness Council Bites and Activities

The Wellness Council is excited and proud to announce this week's activities and health bites! This week is full of chances to get up from your chair and grab some steps and practice some meditation. We have quotes to help you through the day and a few ways to practice mindfulness.

This is also the first week to use your Wellness Punch Card. Grab your punches with Kicking it with Kevin and Virtual Meditation with Sarah.

Still need a punch card? You can grab one during your walk with Kevin or message Sarah Benedict and she will put one in the mail to you.
