TCC: Last Day to Register for Sept. 14 Adjunct Supper for Success

A friendly reminder that registration for Monday's Supper for Success ends today. If you have not yet done so, please complete this registration survey by 5:00 PM.

All registrants will receive an email with the Zoom link after the survey has closed.

Sharing is CAREing: Faculty-Driven Factors That Improve Student Retention

Instructors often have to find a balance in their classes when trying to help students be successful. Walking the line between guiding students and getting them to be independent learners can be challenging. What does this balancing act look like from faculty with historically high rates of retention at MCC? In this workshop, we will explore these approaches, provide practical strategies you can use to promote retention, and share some of the other outcomes from a student retention study conducted at MCC.​

Chemistry and Geosciences professors Jason Anderson and Lydia Tien will lead the workshop.
