Lillie Thomas, Building Services

The MCC family is saddened to learn of the passing of Lillie Thomas, a dedicated member of our Building Services staff, on Friday, December 17, 2021 at the age of 59. 

Ms. Thomas began her career at MCC in 2003 as a light laborer. While working most recently as a custodian on the day shift, she made many friends. She will be remembered as a caring and excellent colleague whose compassion for others shone through her contributions to maintaining our beautiful campuses. 

Ms. Thomas’ family invites you to join them in celebrating her life with a showing at the Miracle Valley Church, 290 North Street, at 10:00 a.m. Monday, December 27, followed by her funeral service at 11:00 a.m.

We are grateful for Ms. Thomas’ dedication and service to MCC and our students for the past 18 years. She will be dearly missed by friends and colleagues.
