Student Coping Support Circle Drop-Ins with MCC Counseling this Thursday and Friday

Whether you are new to our office or you have worked with us in the past, we encourage you to consider joining one of the below virtual Student Coping Support Circle Drop-ins on Thursday and Friday of this week. These are free and confidential group support sessions led by licensed mental health professionals out of our office at the MCC Counselling Center. Drop in for a few minutes, or choose to stay the whole time; our goal is to promote positive mental health and coping by providing an emotionally safe space for students to show up and receive a little extra support during these challenging times.
