Karen Morris, professor in the Business Administration/Economics Department,
made two presentations this summer to national organizations. She discussed
"The Role of Textbooks in Online Courses" at the national convention of Text
and Academic Authors held in San Diego, California, and she lectured on "Recent
Cases against Hotels, Restaurants and Casinos; Learn from Others' Mistakes!" at
the national convention of the Council on Hotel, Restaurant and Instititional
Education held in Orlando, Florida.
