I am pleased to announce that the following individuals have been selected as the first cohort to participate in the Monroe Community College Leadership Academy. This two-year program will commence in late June with a two-day retreat followed by a series of eight seminars throughout the 2007-2008 academic year. Eighteen participants were selected from an applicant pool of thirty-two individuals. My congratulations to the selectees and special thanks to all of the applicants who expressed an interest in this important initiative.
