Campus Events Office Information

Given the current state of emergency in Monroe County, when possible, meetings and events should be hosted virtually. Masks must be worn by all individuals on campus, regardless of vaccination status. The MCC Campus Events reservation process will continue to adhere to all current SUNY and MCC guidelines and/or policies. Internal and external events will be reviewed using the Campus Events application process.

The Campus Events office has relocated from Bldg. 3, Room 120 to Bldg. 3, Suite 108 (also located in this suite is the Career and Education to Employment Services office) and the office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:45 am - 4:45 pm. For more information regarding Ad Astra, reservations, etc., please call the Campus Events office at (585) 292-2010 or visit the Campus Events website.
