It's Webinar Season!!!!

Campus Events & Learning Resources would like to remind the college community that you can schedule a Zoom webinar with MCC's webinar account online using AdAstra at  https://www.aaiscloud.com/MonroeCC The college has two (2) webinar accounts, one with a 500 attendee capacity and the other has a 100 attendee capacity.

The Webinar request process is based on the workflow used to reserve meeting or conference spaces on campus. Faculty & staff familiar with requesting these spaces should feel right at home with Webinar Requests.

Webinars include one technical host from Learning Resources to ensure your event starts and runs smoothly, including managing panelist invitations and monitoring the event for "Zoom bombers". Please note:  To accomplish their tasks, Learning Resources representatives cannot screenshare. If you have PPT presentations or the like that need to be advanced, plan on assigning that task to one of your department colleagues as a panelist.
