<p>1.Adopted the consent agenda effective June 6, 2022.</p>

<p>2. Accepted the Interim Financial Reports as of March 31 and April 30, 2022.</p>

<p>3. Authorized the purchase of items over $20,000 as listed for the months of March and April, 2022.</p>

<p>4. Approved the Schedule of Tuition and Fees for the fiscal year September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023.</p>

<p>5. Approved the Operating Budget for the fiscal year September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2023 in the amount of $109,440,000.</p>

<p>6. Authorized the following transfer of $182,500 from&nbsp;Instruction-Contractual Expenses to Instruction-Equipment to provide funding for equipment to support various academic labs.</p>

<p>7. Authorized the Chair of the Finance and Facilities Committee or the Chair of the Board of Trustees to approve budget transfers on behalf of the Board of Trustees through the end of the budget year August 31, 2022.</p>

<p>8. Approved the appointment of Dr. Robin Cole Jr. as Vice President, Economic and Workforce Development and Career Technical Education. This annual appointment will begin on June 21, 2022 and continue through August 31, 2022. The salary for the period ending August 31, 2022 is $167,000, prorated for the period of this appointment.</p>

<p>9. Approved the appointment of Mr. Greg Hinton as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Administrative Services. This annual appointment will begin on May 2, 2022 and continue through August 31, 2022. The salary for the period ending August 31, 2022 is $170,000, prorated for the period of this appointment.</p>

<p>10. Approved a part-time intermittent leave for professional advancement development for Mr. Greg Hinton, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Administrative Services, while he pursues an Executive Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership at the University of Texas at Austin, starting June 3, 2022, with awarded degree anticipated in June 2025.</p>

<p>11. Approved the following A.A.S. degree, subject to the approval by the State University of New York: Hospital and Community Mental Health Tech.</p>

<p>12. Approved leave for professional advancement in accordance with Article 13 of the contractual agreement between Monroe Community College and the Faculty Association for Holly Wheelter (English and Philosophy) for the Spring 2023 Semester.</p>

<p>13. Recognized Dr. Barbara P. Lovenheim as an Honorary Trustee of Monroe Community College for generously contributing her time, keen insight, and passion for MCC&rsquo;s mission of educational access and inclusiveness as a member of the MCC Board of Trustees since March 2012, including serving as the Board&rsquo;s chair from November 2017 through April 2021.&nbsp;</p>

<p>14. Expressed its deep appreciation for Student Trustee Paula Barlow&rsquo;s leadership and service to the College and extends to her best wishes for continued happiness and success in the years ahead. &nbsp;Paula Barlow has served faithfully as the Student Trustee during the 2021-2022 academic year.</p>

<li>MCC President Dr. DeAnna R. Burt-Nanna on recent achievements such as the FWD Center grand opening, hosting the State of the County Address, end-of-year celebrations and the excellence she has witnessed during her first year as MCC president.</li>
<li>Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Belonging Dr. Calvin Gantt on scholarships for military-affiliated students, the success of the Multicultural Assistan Peer Program pilot and the role MCC has to play in helping communities struggling to respond to large scale violence; CFO and Vice President Greg Hinton on Administrative Services activities including the rollout of multifactor authentication and an Emergency Operations Center Incident Update regarding how the College is prepared to respond to emergencies, including active shooter acts on campus; Acting Provost and Vice President&nbsp;Dr. Kimberly McKinsey-Mabry on Academic and Student Services activities and 2022 Chancellor's Award&nbsp;for Student Excellence recipients and students who will soon complete the Early Care Head Start Certificate offered by MCC's Department of Education &amp; Human Services; Acting Vice President Kristin Sine-Kinz&nbsp;on Economic &amp; Workforce Development &amp; Career Technical Education activities, including the Finger Lakes Workforce Development Center grand opening and the response it is generating from the community and employers; and Vice President and Executive Director of the MCC Foundation Gretchen Wood on Community Relations' and Institutional Research's support of College events and initiatives.&nbsp;(Please refer to the&nbsp;<em>Divisional Highlights</em>&nbsp;attachment for more details).</li>

Wilson Jr. grant to support the FWD Center, a $133,000 Farash Foundation grant to diversify the new teacher pipeline,&nbsp;the success of the&nbsp;Gold Start Gala presented by M&amp;T Bank, and the&nbsp;upcoming Scholarship Open.</li>
<li>Shared Governance representatives including incoming Student Government Association President Paula Barlow; Faculty Senate President Nayda Pares-Kane; and Dr. Burt-Nanna&nbsp;representing Administration.&nbsp;Support Staff Planning Council leaders submitted&nbsp;a written&nbsp;update.</li>

The MCC Board of Trustees met on Monday, June 6, 2022 and took the following actions:
