"To me, this is about coming up with an idea, taking the time to share it with others and really listen to what they have to say. No one person can know everything; there's too much to know. But together, we can pool our knowledge and ideas in meaningful ways and come up with an implementation that is better than what any of us could have done individually.

"It's still important to have a leader, whether formal or informal. We are on a journey and can't just wander aimlessly. The quote talks about going, not staying. But leaders need followers. And the best leaders inspire confidence so that those being led are happy to follow."
