Why is my network password expiring so often?

THANK YOU to all who have completed 2018-19 Cybersecurity Awareness Training!

Deadlines are approaching for those who have not:

Adjuncts must complete Cybersecurity Awareness Training by April 12 in order to be paid on the designated spring semester payroll date, May 16.

On Wednesday May 1, Network ID passwords will be set to expire every seven days for anyone who has not completed training.

After your account password has been reset, you will be required to change your password on a weekly basis until you have completed cybersecurity training. When you have completed your training, email your "Certificate of Completion" to HELPDESK@monroecc.edu. Once Technology Support receives your email, they will reinstate your password reset to MCC's standard policy.

For help, call Technology Support at 292-8324 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:45pm Monday- Friday.
