Family and friends will celebrate Carmen Power’s life at a funeral mass on Thursday, December 20 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 28 Mendon- Ionia Rd., Mendon, N.Y. 14506. A reception will follow the mass. Flowers may be sent to St. Catherine of Siena; donations in her memory may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
Carmen was an associate professor of Business Administration/Economics. According to the obituary that was published in the December 17 Democrat and Chronicle, “After a courageous 8-year battle against breast cancer, Carmen succumbed on December 12, 2012. Carmen is survived by her husband of 32 years Jack; sons John and Christopher; her brother, Peter Animagi; four brothers and sisters-in-law; and numerous nephews and nieces.”
