Downtown Campus - Reminder Day Game Scheduled for May 23rd

NOTICE: DAY GAME SCHEDULED FOR MAY 23RD

Parking Services would like to remind the college community that Frontier Field will be hosting a Red Wings baseball game this week during the day beginning at 11:05 am on Thursday, May 23rd. The game will heavily impact parking as well as traffic. Please plan accordingly.

THERE ARE SEVERAL FINAL EXAMS SCHEDULED DURING THIS TIME PERIOD. Employees are highly encouraged to park in Lot CC to allow students the opportunity to park in Lot AA. We would like to avoid any unnecessary stress for students taking exams. Any assistance employees could provide on this date by parking in Lot CC would be greatly appreciated.

IMPORTANT NOTE: **FOR GAME DAYS, two hours prior to start times, access to Lot CC will be on Oak Street ONLY. Access on Morrie Silver Way will be unavailable. (Please see attached map).

Lot AA and Lot CC will be made available for public parking two hours prior to the Frontier Field event. Students and employees who are on College business will be allowed to park in lot AA and Lot CC at no additional charge during the campus's official hours of operation, from (7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday). Students and employees should be prepared to show their current MCC IDs to access the lot. Space availability is not guaranteed as parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.

MCC Parking Services attendants will be on-site to direct and manage traffic.
