Two new RAFMLC Awards were established at the end of the Spring 2013 semester. The Excellence in Tutoring Award was presented to Kyle Wright. Kyle has been a tutor in the RAFMLC since 2010. His excellent tutoring skills are appreciated by many students as well as Mathematics Department Faculty. The Student Aide Merit Award for the Fall 2012 semester was presented to Curtis Robinson, and the Award for the Spring 2013 semester was presented to Hanna Orynych. Curtis and Hanna were instrumental in making the RAFMLC a friendly place where students could study and get help with their math classes. Award recipients were chosen by Kathleen Milligan, senior technical assistant, and Aimee Calhoun, Mathematics Learning Center coordinator.
