FWD Center Construction Kickoff Event Was a Success!

Reaffirming a shared commitment to bolster the region’s workforce and sustain an economic rebound, County Executive Bello and President Burt-Nanna were joined by Chancellor Malatras, the state delegation, community leaders and MCC students at the FWD Center* construction kickoff event on the Downtown Campus on July 29.

Approximately 50 people representing the business community, industry associations, workforce organizations, academia, and local and state government attended the ceremony. Students in the certified nurse assistant and the mechatronics programs as well as peer navigators also showed their support.
