An Old Fashioned Can and Bottle Drive for AHA!

Have a 5 cent refundable can or bottle from lunch, or a small collection you’re waiting to take to the redemption center? Please donate them to a good cause right here on campus. From now until the Heart Walk on June 9th, the American Heart Association Sub Committee of the Wellness Council will be collecting cans and bottles to raise some funds for the AHA.

 Please look for our bins in building 9 and building 3. Can’t get to either building or have a stockpile amongst the members of your office? Contact Tom Winslow (twinslow@monroecc.edu) for a pick up!

What Else: Please join the MCC American Heart Association Walk/Run team for this year’s Heart Walk on June 9th. Join or donate to the team here. We will also take in any donations you would like to make to the cause.
