Ramon L. Rodriguez, financial aid specialist and instructor of Transitional Studies, presented February 16, 2014 at the SUNY Leadership Development Conference in Brockport, New York.
The title of his presentation was “The P-Code of the Resilient Leader”.
The description of the presentation was: “What is that ineffable quality that allows extraordinary leaders to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever? How inspirational leaders DO NOT let failure overcome them and drain their resolve? What are the factors that make outstanding leaders, even after a misfortune, able to change course and soldier on?
