Lee Struble Honored with IACLEA President's Award

Lee Struble, Director of Public Safety, was recently honored by the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA) at their national convention with the President’s Award in recognition of his many contributions to the Campus Law Enforcement Profession.  The IACLEA was initially formulated by eleven college and university security directors.  These eleven directors came together November 6, 1958, on the campus of Arizona State University to discuss job challenges and mutual problems, and specifically to create a clearinghouse for information and issues shared by campus directors across the country.

Today, IACLEA membership represents over 1,000 colleges and universities located in twenty countries.  In addition to the colleges and universities which are the institutional members, individual memberships are held by campus law enforcement staff members, criminal justice faculty members and municipal chiefs of police (current membership is over 1,600).  Please join me in applauding Lee for this distinguished honor.
