WXXI's Need to Know Highlights Tonight's Educational Symposium on Antisemitism & Religious Intolerance

On May 4, WXXI Need to Know anchor Helene Biandudi Hofer interviewed MCC Associate Professor Regina Fabbro (English/Philosophy), Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project (HGHRP) President Daniella Insalaco, and Louis S. Wolk JCC of Greater Rochester Executive Director Arnie Sohinski regarding MCC's hosting of an educational symposium on antisemitism and religious intolerance.

Professor Fabbro is MCC's endowed chair of Holocaust, genocide, and human rights studies. In the interview, she noted how encouraging conversation is a foundation of the HGHRP's work.

The symposium will be held today, May 8 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the theatre. The symposium will be moderated by D&C Digital's Virginia Butler and features a panel of community leaders, including Rochester Mayor Lovely A. Warren. It is free and open to the public
