Coffey Presents Early Childhood Training Seminar


Jim Coffey, associate professor of communication, Visual and Performing Arts Department, presented a 90-minute training seminar to 30 local early childhood practitioners for the Rochester Association for the Education of Young Children (RAEYC) on the evening of Nov. 10 at St. Paul’s Childcare Center. Coffey’s presentation, entitled “Play, the Arts and Infant Brain Development, Connecting the Dots” explored the critical role of the arts in early childhood development.
