Tom Proietti, professor of communication, was a presenter at the Northeast Region Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Conference in Rochester on Thursday, Oct. 6. As conference attendees, he and Prof. Mary-jo Popovici, associate professor of communication, made it possible for 10 MCC students to attend the conference both as assistants and participants.
Proietti also appeared on Bob Smith's 1370 CONNECTION program on WXXI-AM on Wednesday, September 21. The two hour block was owned by MCC since the guest in the first hour of 1370 CONNECTION was MCC Business Administration Professor Joe Marchese. Both Marchese and Proietti have been monthly regulars on the program for several years.
