Dr. Oldham Interviewed on "Why ROC"

Dr. Todd Oldham, vice president of Economic and Workforce Development and Career Technical Education, was a guest on the Why ROC program to discuss the groundbreaking Future of the Technician Workforce Study. The segment aired Thursday, June 18, on WROC-TV.

"What we see is a large push toward the need for IT," Dr. Oldham said of the study's findings. "All these (smart) technologies are changing the workplace in many sectors."

The study aims to provide a better understanding of what the future of work looks like in terms of skill competencies, enabling MCC to better prepare students for career success in the new economy over the next five to 10 years.
