2021 Employee Benefits Open Enrollment - November 8th - 19th!

This year’s Open Enrollment will run for a two-week period.  In the wake of COVID-19 with high utilization of plans, medical insurance rates have increased significantly throughout the country.  In addition to these increases, the College’s claims history by our employee group makes it difficult to receive competitive quotes from other insurance companies.  The initial 2022 medical insurance renewals came in with an over 26% increase.  The College and our benefits broker, Lawley Benefits Group, have worked to obtain a reduction from the initial increase.  Excellus has agreed to an 18% increase for 2022.

There are no changes to the College medical plans; the 2021 plans will remain the same for 2022.  We encourage you to review the 2022 rates and Excellus Medical Comparison grid.
